How Much Does a Corporate Video Cost in Dubai?

Most corporate videos in Dubai land between AED 5,000 and AED 25,000 — a testimonial sits at one end, a multi-location brand film at the other. Here's what changes the number, and how to brief one so you don't overpay.

The typical ranges in 2026

Typical corporate video packages and price ranges in Dubai, 2026 (AED).
TypeTypical range (AED)What it is
Testimonial / social3,000 – 6,000A single interview or short social video, half-day shoot, simple edit
Brand / product film8,000 – 20,000A polished hero film with proper light, sound and a graded edit + social cuts
Campaign / multi-day20,000 – 50,000+Multiple locations or days, crew, talent, scripting and motion graphics

Ranges, not a menu — every brief is different, so most producers quote per project. My own corporate video is quoted all-in, covering concept, shoot and edit.

What drives the price

  • Shoot days & locations. The biggest factor — one room for an afternoon vs three sites over two days.
  • Crew size. A one-creative shoot is leaner than a full crew with a director, DOP, sound and lighting team.
  • Talent & voiceover. Professional presenters, actors or VO add cost.
  • Scripting & storyboarding. Concepting a film from scratch takes time before a frame is shot.
  • Post-production. Motion graphics, animation, colour and sound mixing are where polished films earn their budget.
  • Turnaround. A rush edit for a launch costs more than a standard timeline.

How to brief one without overpaying

  • Lead with the goal, not the format. "We need more demo bookings" lets a good producer design the most cost-effective film, rather than guessing.
  • Ask for a hero cut + social versions. One shoot, several deliverables, is far better value than separate jobs.
  • Consider one creative who owns it end-to-end. For most company films, a film-trained director-operator delivers cinema quality without full-crew overheads.
  • Get an all-in quote. Concept, shoot and edit in one number, so revisions and delivery aren't surprise line items.

What is actually inside the number

The ranges above are the market. What they do not tell you is what a quote is made of, and that is the part worth understanding — because the difference between two quotes is almost always a difference in what each one silently includes.

The line items behind a corporate video quote in Dubai, and which ones tend to be assumed rather than stated.
Line itemWhat it coversWhere it usually sits
Pre-productionConcept, script, shot list, schedule, and the conversations before any of itIncluded on brand films; often skipped entirely at the cheapest tier, which is why those shoots wander
The shoot dayThe person directing and operating, and the hours on siteAlways included — and it is rarely the biggest number
Camera & lightingBodies, lenses, lights, grip, and the time spent rigging themIncluded; specialist kit such as cine primes or a jib is usually added
SoundMicrophones and, more importantly, somebody watching the levelsIncluded in interview work. If a quote is silent about sound, ask
CrewAssistants, a gaffer, a second operatorScales with the job. A one-person crew and a five-person crew are different products
LocationStudio hire, or access and permissions for somewhere you do not ownUsually quoted separately, because it varies enormously
TalentActors, presenters, hand models, voiceoverAlmost always extra, and priced by how and where the film will be used
Edit & gradeAssembly, colour, sound mix — where “fine” becomes “premium”Included, but the number of days assumed varies wildly between quotes
Motion graphicsTitles, lower thirds, animated logos, explainer sequencesSimple titles included; real animation is its own line
MusicThe licence for the track, not just the trackLibrary music included; bespoke or commercial tracks are extra and can be substantial
RevisionsRounds of changes after the first cutOne or two rounds included. Beyond that it should be written down before you start
VersionsVertical cuts, square cuts, subtitled cuts, shorter editsFrequently assumed by the client and not quoted by the producer. The most common cause of a late invoice

Why two quotes for the same brief differ so much

Companies routinely get quotes that are three times apart for what they believe is an identical job, and conclude that one of them is trying it on. Usually neither is. They have read the same brief and imagined two different films.

The gap is almost always in four places. Shoot days — one has assumed a half day, the other two full days. Edit days — the invisible half of the budget, and the half that decides whether the result looks expensive. Crew size — one person doing everything, versus a small team where somebody is watching sound while somebody else is watching light. Deliverables — one film, or one film plus nine cutdowns in three aspect ratios.

The way to compare fairly is to stop comparing totals and start comparing those four things. Ask every quote for its assumed shoot days, edit days, crew and deliverable list. The cheap quote often stays cheap and becomes the right answer — but you will know what you are giving up rather than finding out in the edit.

Spending less without it looking cheaper

There is a lot of genuinely wasted money in corporate video, and almost none of it is in the camera.

  • Shoot several things in one day. The setup, the travel and the rigging are the fixed costs. Three testimonials in one visit cost far less than three visits, and this is the single largest saving available to most companies.
  • Cut locations before you cut days. Moving a crew across Dubai eats hours that produce nothing. One strong location, used properly, beats three that are each half-lit.
  • Decide the deliverables before the shoot, not after. Knowing you need a vertical cut changes how a scene is framed. Discovering it afterwards means either a compromised crop or a reshoot.
  • Use your own people instead of talent where the film allows it. It is cheaper, and for most corporate work it is also more convincing.
  • Do not economise on sound. Audiences forgive imperfect pictures and switch off bad audio within seconds. It is the cheapest line on the sheet and the most expensive to fix later.

The short version

Budget AED 8,000–20,000 for a genuinely polished Dubai brand or product film, less for a simple testimonial, more for a multi-day campaign — and remember the edit is where "fine" becomes "premium." See how I approach it on my corporate & brand video page.

Common questions

How much does a corporate video cost in Dubai?

As a rough 2026 market guide, a single talking-head testimonial or simple social video in Dubai runs around AED 3,000–6,000, a polished brand or product film around AED 8,000–20,000, and a larger multi-location or multi-day production AED 20,000–50,000+. The main drivers are shoot days, locations, crew, talent and the level of post-production.

What makes corporate video more expensive?

Multiple shoot days and locations, a larger crew, professional talent or voiceover, scripting and storyboarding, motion graphics and animation, and faster turnaround all raise the price. The single biggest factor is usually the number of shoot days and the post-production complexity.

What are typical corporate video rates in Dubai?

Most production in Dubai is quoted as a project rather than as a published rate card, which is why rates are hard to find. The market ranges above are the practical answer: what you are really pricing is a number of shoot days, a number of edit days, the size of the crew and the list of deliverables. Two jobs with the same brief and different answers to those four things will have very different rates.

Do you charge a day rate or a project price?

A project price. You get one all-in number covering the shoot and the edit, agreed before anything starts, so the cost does not move because a day ran long. Day rates tend to suit the person invoicing rather than the person paying.

What should be included in a corporate video quote?

At minimum it should state the number of shoot days, the number of edit days, the crew, how many rounds of revisions are covered, and every deliverable including the social cutdowns and aspect ratios. If a quote does not name those, it is not really a quote yet — it is an estimate that will grow.

Why are two quotes for the same brief so far apart?

Usually because they have imagined two different films. The gap almost always sits in shoot days, edit days, crew size and deliverables. Ask each quote to state those four, and the difference stops looking like a negotiation and starts looking like a specification.

What should a small business budget for its first video?

For a first film, something in the simpler tier — a testimonial or a straightforward social piece, in the AED 3,000–6,000 region of the market — is usually the right place to start. It is enough to find out what your audience responds to before committing to a larger production, and the footage is rarely wasted.

Is it cheaper to shoot several videos at once?

Considerably, and it is the most reliable saving available. Setup, rigging and travel are fixed costs paid once per visit rather than once per video, so three pieces shot in one day cost far less than three separate shoots. If you know you need a series, say so at the brief stage.

How long does a corporate video take from brief to delivery?

For a straightforward piece, usually one to two weeks from shoot to final cut, with the shoot itself booked a week or two ahead. Scripting, talent casting or heavier motion graphics extend that. Rush turnarounds are possible and are quoted as such.
