Corporate Headshots in Dubai

Your team page is the first handshake. Right now it’s twenty different selfies. Professional headshots for you and your team — at your office or in studio, consistent across everyone, delivered fast. I'm Yedukrishna Suresh, founder of YKS Productions — film-trained, shooting business and LinkedIn headshots across Dubai that actually look like the confident version of you.

01

One team, one look

At your office, done fast, matched across everyone.

Your team page and everyone's LinkedIn are often the first impression a client gets — and a wall of mismatched, badly-lit selfies quietly undersells a serious company. A consistent set of professional headshots fixes that in an afternoon.

I bring a full portable studio to your office in Dubai, shoot the whole team against one clean light and backdrop, and direct each person so they look approachable and confident — not stiff. Same look across everyone, retouched and delivered in days. It's the cheapest upgrade to how your company looks online.

03

What it costs you in time

The question whoever organises this actually has to answer: how much of the working day does it take, and what do we need to book.

Rough planning guide by team size — the shape of the day, not a quote.
Team sizeTime on siteWhat the room needsHow it is scheduled
Up to 10About two hoursAny room with roughly three metres of clear space and a plugOne open slot — people drift in between meetings
10 to 25Half a dayA meeting room held for the sessionTen-minute slots on a shared sheet
25 to 60A full dayA room held all day, ideally near the desksSlots grouped by team or floor to cut the walking
60 and upTwo days, or two visitsA dedicated roomA booked schedule, plus a catch-up slot for the people who miss theirs

Add setup and pack-down at either end, roughly half an hour each. The single biggest saving is grouping people by where they sit rather than by seniority — a schedule that sends someone up two floors and back costs more minutes than the photograph does.

04

The problem that shows up six months later

Most companies do this once, get a good matched set, and then quietly ruin it. Someone joins in March, nobody wants to book a photographer for one person, so their phone selfie goes on the team page next to twenty properly lit portraits. Do that four more times and the page looks worse than it did before the shoot, because now the inconsistency looks like carelessness rather than circumstance.

It is avoidable, and the answer is boring: the lighting setup, background, crop and retouching recipe from your session are written down and kept, so a new joiner can be photographed months later and dropped into the existing set without anyone being able to tell which ones came later. In practice that means a short visit once you have a few new faces to do at once, rather than an awkward one-person booking every time.

Worth deciding before the first session rather than after, because it slightly changes how the original is shot — a setup that can be rebuilt exactly is a setup with fewer clever, unrepeatable choices in it.

05

Why it works

The hard part of a headshot isn't the camera — it's getting a busy, slightly self-conscious professional to relax in ninety seconds. That's a directing skill, and it's where a film background shows: I direct posture, angle and expression so people who "hate photos" come out looking like the best, most confident version of themselves. Same light and crop across the team means it all matches — one company, one standard.

06

Across Dubai's business districts

I come to you, wherever your office is.

Offices and towers in DIFC, Business Bay, Downtown, Dubai Marina, JLT, Media City and Internet City, free-zone and corporate spaces out to Dubai Investment Park (DIP) and JAFZA — I bring the studio to your team across Dubai, or you're welcome to come to a studio setup if that's easier.

07

How it works

Step 01

Brief

Tell me the headcount, the location and the look you want. I confirm a session time and an all-in quote.

Step 02

Set up

I arrive early and set up the portable studio in a meeting room or corner — no disruption to the day.

Step 03

Shoot

Each person is in and out in minutes, directed to look confident — even the ones who'd rather not be there.

Step 04

Delivery

Retouched, web-ready headshots in 2–3 days, matched across the whole team.

08

What moves the number

Quoted as one all-in figure — per person for small teams, or a session rate for larger ones.

Headcount

How many people

The main lever, and it works in your favour — the per-person cost falls steadily as the group grows, because setup is the fixed part.

Place

Your office or a studio

On-site means bringing a portable studio to you and costs no more for it. A studio booking is its own line, and is worth it only if your space genuinely will not work.

Look

Plain or environmental

A clean backdrop is quickest and ages best. Shooting people in your actual workspace takes longer per person and looks less like everyone else.

Finals

How many images each

One retouched frame per person is the standard. Two or three to choose from is an option, and it is the retouching rather than the shooting that adds the time.

Headshot questions

Do you come to our office for headshots?

Yes. I bring a portable studio setup to your office in Dubai and shoot the whole team on site against a clean backdrop, so nobody loses half a day travelling. I can also shoot in a studio or use your branded environment if you'd prefer an on-brand background.

How much space do you need?

Roughly three metres of clear floor and a power socket is enough. A meeting room with the table pushed aside works perfectly well — the room does not need to be impressive, because you will not be able to see it in the photographs.

How long does each person take?

Around 5 to 10 minutes per person once the setup is running — I direct posture and expression so even camera-shy team members come out looking confident. A team of twenty is comfortably done in a few hours.

Will the whole team's headshots match?

Yes — that's the point. Same light, same backdrop, same crop and the same retouching style across everyone, so your website and LinkedIn look like one company, not twenty different selfies.

What happens when someone joins later?

The setup from your session is recorded — lighting, background, crop and retouching — so a new joiner can be photographed months afterwards and dropped into the existing set without looking out of place. Usually that means a short visit once a few new faces have accumulated, rather than a booking for one person.

What should the team wear?

Send round one line asking for solid mid-tones and no busy patterns, and that is most of it. If your company has a dress code the photographs should match it, because a headshot that looks nothing like how someone turns up to work is a strange thing to put on a website.

Some of our team hate having their photo taken. Is that a problem?

It is the normal case rather than the exception, and handling it is most of the job. Ten minutes and being given something specific to do turns almost anyone around — the people who warn me in advance are very often the ones happiest with the result.

How fast is delivery, and is retouching included?

Edited, retouched headshots are typically delivered within 2 to 3 days, each cleanly retouched and cropped for web and LinkedIn. Rush delivery is available when you need them for a launch or a new hire.

How much do corporate headshots cost in Dubai?

It's based on the number of people and whether it's at your office or a studio. I quote one all-in price — per person for small teams, or a flat session rate for larger ones. Send your headcount and location for a quote.
