- Natural light. Big windows or outdoor options beat a dark, low-ceilinged hall every time.
- A golden-hour spot. One good exterior for couple portraits at sunset is worth more than ten backdrops.
- Variety in one place. Beach + ballroom + a portrait corner means a richer film without convoy travel.
- Space to work. Room to move means I can catch moments without being in them.
- Ask about photography rules. A few venues restrict certain gear or areas — worth checking early.
