My background is in cinematography, so I shoot your day the way I'd shoot a scene — watching for the real glance, the held hand, the tear nobody planned — and I cut it with pacing and music so it actually feels like the day felt. The cinematic edge
A wedding happens once and never pauses for a second take — so the difference between a videographer and a wedding filmmaker is everything. My feature-film training means I'm reading the room ahead of the moment, lighting and framing on instinct, and capturing the unrepeatable instead of missing it. Over a hundred weddings of that instinct is why a YKS film feels less like footage and more like the day, kept.

I shoot both, and coordinate with your photographer so the teams never block each other. Booking film and photo together gives one consistent look.
