How Much Does a Real Estate Video Cost in Dubai?

Short answer: a single-property film in Dubai usually runs AED 1,500 to AED 8,000, with developer and villa packages higher. But the cheapest option is often the most expensive mistake — here's why, and what actually changes the price.

The typical ranges in 2026

TypeTypical range (AED)Best for
Social reel1,500 – 3,500One unit, a vertical walkthrough reel for the portal & Instagram
Cinematic film3,500 – 8,000A hero property film + social cuts, for premium listings
Launch / villa8,000 – 25,000+Developer launches, show villas, multi-deliverable campaigns

Ranges, not fixed prices — a studio apartment and a Palm villa are different jobs. Most good videographers quote per property, all-in. My real estate video is priced that way, with stills options from the same visit.

What drives the price

  • Property size & type. A one-bed apartment is a quick shoot; a multi-floor villa with grounds takes far longer.
  • Deliverables. One reel, or a hero film plus reels plus stills? Each format adds time in the edit.
  • Twilight & timing. Golden-hour and blue-hour exteriors are the highest-converting frames, and they take a planned, longer shoot.
  • Turnaround. Standard delivery vs a same-day rush for a hot listing.
  • Styling & access. Staging, building approvals and coordinating access all factor in.

Why the cheapest option costs you the listing

A phone walkthrough with a wide lens and a stock track is cheap because it's worth what it costs — it fills the portal's video slot but it doesn't sell. On Bayut and Property Finder, where buyers scroll dozens of near-identical Marina apartments, a flat video is invisible. A properly shot, graded and paced film is what makes a buyer stop, save and book a viewing. For a unit worth millions, saving a few thousand dirhams on the video that markets it is a strange place to economise.

Photos, video, or both?

Photos are non-negotiable — they're the thumbnail and the gallery. Video is what increasingly decides which listing gets the enquiry. The most cost-effective route is booking both from one visit so the look is consistent and you're not paying two crews. (See how I combine them on the real estate photography page.)

The short version

Budget AED 1,500–8,000 for a single Dubai property's video depending on size and deliverables, more for launches and villas — and remember the video isn't the cost, it's the marketing that moves the asset. Spend like the listing's worth it, because it is.
