How finding a model works here
YKS Talents is a platform, not an agency. Clients come to it to find talent; talent are on it for free. Every enquiry and booking runs through me. Here is the whole process.
Browse or brief
Look through the portfolios yourself, or send a short brief: the look, the city, the dates and what the images are for.
Profiles that fit
I come back with suitable profiles from the platform, with the work behind each face. If nothing fits, I’ll say so.
Agree the terms
I confirm availability with the talent and agree fee, usage and release in writing. All contact goes through me.
The shoot
Shoot with your own team, or have me direct and photograph it under YKS Productions as one production.
What YKS Talents is — and isn’t
I’m Yedukrishna Suresh, a photographer and filmmaker. YKS Talents is the free portfolio platform I run alongside YKS Productions. It’s one person, not an agency with an office and a booking desk: I read every application myself, and I cast my own YKS shoots from it.
- Women aged 18 to 34, based in or regularly working in India or the Middle East. Everyone is over 18.
- Free for talent, forever. No joining fee, no registration fee and no paid tiers, so the people on it are there because they’re serious, not because they paid.
- Not a jobs board. YKS Talents doesn’t offer jobs to talent; it gives clients a considered place to find them.
- Privacy first. Talent names and contact details are never published or shared. All contact between clients and talent goes through me.

How much does it cost to hire a model in India?
There isn’t a single rate, and anyone quoting one without asking about your usage is guessing. Fees are agreed per project. These are the things that move the number most:
Usage term
How long the images run. Short social use is at one end; long campaign terms, or perpetual use, at the other.
Territory
India only, the Gulf, or worldwide. Wider territory usually costs more.
Channels
Organic social, paid ads, e-commerce, print, outdoor or packaging. The harder the images work, the higher the fee.
Shoot length
Hours or days on set, number of looks, and any fittings beforehand.
Exclusivity
Whether the talent can work with a competitor during your term. Most shoots don’t need it; if yours does, it has to be paid for.
Travel
Out-of-city shoots add travel and stay. Agree who covers what up front.
Browsing YKS Talents and sending a brief cost nothing. Talent never pay to be on the platform.
Releases & usage — sorted before the shoot
You’re not just paying for photographs; you’re paying for permission to use someone’s face for a defined purpose, in defined places, for a defined time. Put the term, territory, channels and any exclusivity in writing, with a signed model release, before anyone arrives on set. It’s the step most shoots skip and regret when a campaign wants a renewal.
I arrange that paperwork with the talent for every booking, whether I’m shooting or your own team is. It protects both sides.

Browse the portfolios on YKS Talents, or send a short brief on this page — the look, the city, the dates and what the images are for. I come back with suitable profiles from the platform, usually within a day, and arrange everything with the talent for you. All contact goes through me.
How do I hire a model for a photoshoot?
Start with a clear brief: the look, the city, the dates, the usage (where and for how long the images will run) and your budget range. Shortlist from portfolios, check availability, agree the fee and usage in writing, and sign a model release before the shoot.
How much does it cost to hire a model in India?
There isn’t one rate. Model fees are agreed per project and depend mostly on usage — how long the images run, where, and on which channels — plus shoot length, travel and any exclusivity. A one-day social content shoot and a long outdoor campaign can use the same face and cost very differently. Browsing YKS Talents and sending a brief are free.
Is YKS Talents a model agency?
No. YKS Talents is a free, curated portfolio platform run by one person — me, Yedukrishna Suresh, the photographer and filmmaker behind YKS Productions. Talent join free, with no fees, and the platform doesn’t offer them jobs; clients come here to find them. I also cast my own YKS shoots from it.
Can I contact the talent directly?
No. All contact between clients and talent goes through me, Yedukrishna, from the first enquiry to the shoot day and after. Talent names and contact details are never published or shared. It protects the talent, and it means you have one accountable person handling availability, terms and paperwork.
What kind of models are on YKS Talents?
Women aged 18 to 34, based in or regularly working in India or the Middle East — polished, camera-ready faces suited to fashion, beauty, lifestyle, ethnic and bridal, jewellery and premium brand work. Everyone on the platform is over 18.
Which cities can I find female models in?
Across India and the Middle East, including Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Chandigarh and Dubai. Each city page explains what clients there tend to look for.
Can you shoot it as well?
Yes. If you want the shoot handled too, I direct and photograph it under YKS Productions and quote the production as one clear number. If you already have a photographer, you can still find and book talent here through me without booking me to shoot.
What about model releases and usage rights?
Agree them in writing before the shoot: territory, term, channels and any exclusivity, with a signed model release. I arrange the release and usage terms with the talent for every booking, so they’re settled before anyone arrives on set.
