What Affects the Cost of a Brand Video in Bangalore
Two brand videos of the same length can differ enormously in effort.
01
Why there’s no single price
Two brand videos of the same length can differ enormously in effort. A founder talking to camera in one office is a very different job from a multi-location product film with actors. Rather than quote a range that would mislead you, here are the factors that actually move the number, so you can brief well and compare quotes fairly.
02
1. Shoot days
The biggest driver. Bangalore traffic matters here: two locations in Whitefield and Koramangala can eat half a day in transit. Grouping locations by area and planning an efficient shot list often saves an entire shoot day.
03
2. Crew size
A compact crew (a videographer with a gimbal and wireless audio, like my Sony A7 IV and DJI RS3 setup) is right for most startup and corporate videos. Bigger productions add a director, gaffer, sound recordist, makeup and assistants, each adding cost and coordination.
04
3. Pre-production
Scripting, storyboards, location scouting, casting and permissions. More planning usually means less shoot time and fewer surprises, so it’s rarely wasted.
05
4. Talent and locations
Using your own team is cheapest. Professional actors, models or voice-over artists add fees, and sometimes usage fees. Studios, cafes and premium venues may charge for location time.
06
5. Versions and post-production
One horizontal master is different from a master plus vertical cut-downs, subtitled versions and stills. Decide where the video will live (website, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram ads) before the shoot so the right formats are captured on the day.
07
6. Usage
Organic use on your own channels is standard. Paid ad usage, broadcast or long-term usage of talent can change the cost.

How to get an accurate quote
Share the goal, audience, where it will be published, rough length, number of locations, whether you have people to appear on camera, any reference videos you like, and your deadline. With that I can give one fixed project price. See video production or videographer in Bangalore.

Quick answers
Can I reduce the cost without hurting quality?
Yes: fewer locations, your own team on camera, a tight script and batching several videos into one shoot day.
Do you publish rates?
No. Every brief is different, so I give a fixed written quote after understanding it.
Is a drone included?
I don’t fly drones; if you need aerials a licensed operator is quoted separately.
