I come at video from a film background, shooting cinematography and stills for the South Indian film industry, so a YKS film is lit, paced and graded the way a scene is — to make people feel something and keep watching.

From tech offices and co-working spaces in Whitefield, Koramangala and Indiranagar, to studios for controlled product and brand work, the greenery of Cubbon Park and Lalbagh, the texture of the old cantonment and Church Street, and Nandi Hills at sunrise for scale — Bengaluru has more range than people expect. I scout the right setting for the brief and arrive knowing how it reads on camera.
