Video Editor in Dubai
Most footage is fine. Most edits are why nobody watches to the end. I edit reels, TikToks, brand films, interviews and ad cut-downs for Dubai brands, founders and creators — from footage I shoot or footage you send. I’m Yedukrishna Suresh, a film-trained videographer and editor, and the person who cuts your video is the person you talk to.
Dubai-based, available for shoots across the UAE, and in Dubai full-time from mid-November 2026.
01
Why it matters
The edit is where a video either earns attention or loses it. A strong hook in the first second, pacing that never lets the viewer drift, sound that carries the story, captions for the people watching on mute, and a grade that makes the footage look like it cost more than it did. That is the job.
Because I come from cinema sets, I edit with a shooter’s eye: I know which take has the energy, where the cut should land, and how to rescue footage that was shot on the run. I work on brand films and long-form interviews as well as the vertical formats Dubai audiences scroll every day on Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and YouTube Shorts.

03
Editing for Dubai brands
Dubai feeds are crowded with polished content, so the edit has to work harder. I cut for the way people here watch: fast, often on mute, often in a second language. That means clear visual storytelling, simple on-screen text and captions that read at a glance.
I edit for hospitality, real estate, F&B, beauty and clinics, fashion, events and founders across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah. Where you need Arabic subtitles or voice-over, I prepare the timeline and work with your translator or Arabic copywriter so the final versions line up.

Common questions
Can you edit footage I already shot on my phone?
Yes. A lot of good content starts on a phone. I can grade it, fix the audio, tighten the story and add captions so it holds up next to professionally shot content. If the footage has gaps, I’ll tell you honestly what a short pick-up shoot would add.
Do you also shoot the footage?
Yes. I’m a videographer first, so I can shoot and edit as one job, which usually gives a better result because the edit is planned on set. Editing-only projects are welcome too.
How many revisions are included?
The number of revision rounds is agreed in the quote before work starts, so there are no surprises. Most projects need one or two rounds once the brief is clear.
Which formats do you deliver?
Whatever the platforms need: 9:16 for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Snapchat and Shorts, 1:1 and 4:5 for feeds, 16:9 for YouTube, websites and screens. Each export is named clearly so your team posts the right file.
How much does video editing cost in Dubai?
It depends on the length, number of versions and how much grading, graphics and sound work the footage needs. I quote one all-in number per project or per monthly batch. Send the footage details and I’ll reply with a quote.
