Why it matters
Brand deals take a surprising amount of work that has nothing to do with creating: replying to enquiries, working out whether an offer is fair, agreeing usage rights and deadlines, chasing approvals and following up on invoices. When that falls on the talent, either the work suffers or the money does.
That is what I take on. I’ve spent years on the other side of the table, shooting campaigns and content for brands including Marriott, Vaseline (Unilever), KL Rahul and Cindrebay School of Design, so I know what brands need from talent and what a clean, professional collaboration looks like from both sides.

Dubai, the UAE and India
I manage talent working with brands in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and across the UAE, and in India, including talent who work in both markets. Many brands in the UAE and India now look for creators who can speak to both audiences, and one manager across both makes that simpler.
In the UAE, people who publish paid promotional content generally need the relevant UAE media permit. I check that the right permits and paperwork are in place before a brand deal is signed, so neither you nor the brand is exposed.
Because I’m also a photographer and videographer, I can help raise the standard of your content and portfolio: portfolio shoots, media-kit visuals and advice on what brands respond to.

Who can apply for talent management?
Influencers, content creators, artists and models working, or wanting to work, with brands in Dubai, the UAE or India. I take on a limited number of people so that every client gets personal attention.
How is talent management different from YKS Talents?
YKS Talents is a 100% free portfolio and visibility platform: you build a portfolio and brands can discover you. It doesn’t offer jobs or guarantee work. Talent management is a separate, hands-on service where I actively handle brand enquiries, pitching, negotiation, contracts and payment for the people I manage.
What does talent management cost?
There are no fixed published rates. Terms are discussed individually based on your work and goals, agreed in writing before we start, and you always know exactly what you’re agreeing to.
Do brands contact me directly?
Brand contact for managed work goes through me, so every enquiry is vetted, negotiated and documented properly. You stay informed and make the final decision on every collaboration.
Can you guarantee brand deals?
No. I can’t guarantee work or income, and nobody honest can. What I can do is present you professionally, pitch actively, negotiate fair terms and make sure the deals you take are delivered and paid properly.
Do you manage talent in both Dubai and India?
Yes. I work with talent and brands in Dubai and the wider UAE, and in India, including talent who work across both markets.
